Wouldn't it be nice

If after hours Telesta announces the submission of the BLA.

Nice indeed!   I would say it's bordering on miraculous.

I bet DimSum is getting primed for another post soon.  The scams!   The deceit!   The "twisted little tales of aliases", that nobody A) knows, or B) cares about.   It doesn't affect the STOCK, even if it's completely consumed his mind.    Anyways, going back to the BLA submission, it kind of makes you wonder WHO is obliging the 0.31 bidders, if a ...more

It would be even more nice if, in AH, they announced that the reason they haven't made a BLA announcement is that they were working on a last minute deal to sell the company before BLA. They were able to do that and the selling price would be $4/share.
Comment by ragingbull1327 on Jun 26, 2015 2:21pm
$4 a share would be fine with me, but it's been higher than that before (pre-share dilution) on animal health alone.   That would be pretty sad, to not even hit an all-time high in SP, but you're likely right.

Sorry. Forgot the split.  It's been so long.....

Now the dbags who have been selling for an eternity don't want to pony up the shares to sell $100K?   Haha.  I LOVE this stock!!!!   ;)

We're 96 hours away from rounding first base or striking out. lets hope the FDA is willing to play ball

I still don't get why it's either 6 months or 10 months.   They aren't CREATING anything.   It takes these people a minimum of 180 DAYS to figure out if it's suitable or not?    Jeezuz.    That's scary!
Comment by ragingbull1327 on Jun 27, 2015 2:22pm
Honest question here.   Do the people work for the FDA when they aren't able to work in the private sector?    Who are these people, and how come they aren't interested in helping out humanity??
Comment by 12audiA6 on Jun 28, 2015 8:23pm
10 months is standardreview time frame, 6 months  is fast track review.. doesn/t start till 2 months after THEY TURN THE BLA IN
Comment by ragingbull1327 on Jun 29, 2015 9:56am
Hmm. That's sounds akin to all of the useless university submissions these people did in school.   Meaningless.

Human brains.  Failing human brains are behind this.

The 10 month and 6 months at the FDA should make those people want to hang themselves.   What a shitty way to tout your "certified smart" PO S university degree

79.4 hours
Comment by ragingbull1327 on Jun 27, 2015 4:38pm
Essentially 48 hours left.   Since these people haven't done anything in years, I believe it safe to assume nothing will get done on a Saturday or Sunday.  lol

So does that mean the FDA "dust collecting period" in the 70's and 80's was upwards of  1800-3000 days?   Certainly it wasn't 180-300 days like it is now.   Or have they just gotten worse at it?
