😄 lol, rest assured the good Doctor will see this through! Even if this BLA deadline gets missed by a few weeks, it's not a big deal. Several months, however, is a big deal. There's no doubt that money must come in, in any form, before the end of the year otherwise........abyss!

Donald Olds assured investors during his Bristol Capital presentation that the only thing holding up BLA submission was the implementation of FDA recommendations for their manufacturing facility and that those recommendations were both "time and cost efficient." Hey, there's always delays out of the company's control, especially when dealing with regulatory bodies. I agree, it would kick the sp on the short term, but if filing was completed in two weeks, there would be little to no longer term effect. 😁😃

It's too late to be late. In other words they would have announced a delay by now.

I agree it is too late, but that doesn't mean they won't do it. But to announce a delay at this point in the process would show outright incompetence and shareholder neglect.  I have no no idea if they will announce a major delay with major work to be done on the plant, or at the other end of the scale, on time filing with a great partnership deal and the plant ready to go. it could ...more
