Financing or buyout / partnership

There are a lot of people who are convinced a financing is on its way. That is the only logical explanation why we have a .33 sp. Once we have either a financing or partnership happen, our SP will start to trade using a discounted algorithm based on probability of fda success. Until then, this trading is an indication of absolutely nothing. Get on with the financing if you are going this route or partner up. At least this way we can get a realistic valuation based in potential fda approval. If our 500mm peak sales valuation is 2 x revenue, then it should be, with a 50% probability of fda success ( personally think it is closer to 80% as SuJan stated in their seeking alpha article) then the market cap should reflect this, giving us a market cap of 2.50 USD per share. So i expect us to Make it to close to 3 per share before fda decision time is nigh, provided cash is removed from their equation. Bring on the cash berendt. GLTA

Beech, I hope you are right. Our selling price is abysmal and has been that way for years. We can never seem to move up and hold that value. If a financing is going to happen, then get it done. The same for a patnership, get it done. Filing this time after the first delay should have moved the price,  no run up, nothing. I can't believe people are selling at these levels, such a joke. 68 days there are in round numbers 170 m shares  outstanding and 35 m warrants and options or about 205 m all in so an offering of 24 m shares with a 12 m warrant kicker is magically close to 241 million shares when the FDA says yes next March. Just my SWAG HT

241 million shares is liquidity beyond justification.  lol

This company may know health science, but they don't know how to attract interest in the stock or the company.    Personally, I'd take the Steve Jobs approach and start insulting everyone else with monsterous market caps for not being able to do any better.    Lol.  Valeant.   Endo.  You name it.   the name of these companies should be "cha ...more

Also, if DimSum is aware of their stock manipulation tactics, it's not fooling anybody.   Yawn

ragingbull.. can you contribute sth useful or do you just love to spam? If company knows health science, they will know how to attract interest in the stock or the company.  Trust the Mgmt. They did everything right. You are a impatient whiner...

Impatient???   Hahahaha.    It's insulting that human beings move this slow.   It's like they still think it's 1980

I don't care if it takes 100 years.   It's the system that sucks

Actually, if we were to reverse split 10 to 1, yet kept the SAME daily volume, it would still be a joke.  :)

Filing this time after the first delay should have moved the price,  no run up, nothing. I can't believe people are selling at these levels, such a joke. I don't believe there's much real selling going on. I think it's just the manipulators doing the good old soft toss back and forth between friends. Keeping the price where they want it. MAYBE NOT BUT that's what   ...more
