If we do a partnership before Sept. our share price goes UP !!!!  Then the Sept, wrts. are in the money and we get more DILUTION, and more money that we won't need. Could it be that the announcement won't come until after Sept. ?  Just a thought , any other ideas out there. I'm trying to rationalize why nobody wants to partner with a PHASE 3 cancer drug company,  with a plant and  an FDA application  @ .33 . Are there no RISK takers out there ?

I would liked to ask these questions at tomorrow's WEB CAST but I'm sure I would only get the canned answers " WERE IN DISCUSSIONS RIGHT NOW AND CAN'T TALK ABOUT IT " JMHO

And ask.....if the preliminary prospectus dated Mar 20 was put in place to allow the company to negotiate with potential suitors from a position of strength, of not appearing desperate (dons explanation at the time)....then why was it pulled/cancelled on June 12th.? Do they no longer need to negotiate or to not appear desperate?
