HT, nice to see you finally dropped that 74 days silliness and came around to what i was posting.. within 60 days TST will know whether their application will be filed or not, therefore if not RTF than at worst a normal review, the next 14 days is just to id whether it gets priority review... ...here is some homework for the TST bagholder club, why does the FDA take an extra 14 days just to id

ROTFLMAO...what is it with this MB is it a disease most catch??? let me educate this MB again and for the last time so pay attention... a biotech files BLA or NDA, the FDA has 60 days to review and issue you an RTF, it then takes 14 to id whether priority review or not (along with iding deficiencies, etc.)....so now lets all do grade 9 logic together, if at end of day 60 no RTF is in your email
