You talk about a NASDAQ listing? The SP might be > 1$ right? Don worte to me, some weeks ago, that they are checking their options for an uplisting.

simon, as best i know there are various requirements depending on which NAS exchange you are headed too...irrespective a lot of work is required and first IMO is a share consolidation... ..and FYI IMO the only reason to do it is because US investors are now dominant in TST, i believe CCI, etc are patient (ie not CDN scum who will trade out of their ownership ASAP) but need less CDN markets BS, a
