With unspendable cash in the bank, a now expansive float and all the FDA cards on the table there is no logical reason  for the SP not to increase. With the PP out of the way I see no motivation to continue with the obvious SP manipulation that has plagued the stock for the last 12 months. Unless one of your new placement attendees intends to suppress it for a takeout offer, it should start

I like your call Oakey.  I like modest volume with a rising price.  I really don't have that much faith in slam dunk days.  To me, todays action suggest few sellers and the buyers having a tougher time accumlating.

you are right DB few sellers who are intent on putting up shares to keep the sp at 44-45   and buyers who are patient enough to wait for new shares to be put up on the ASK    someone was playing hardball only to be shown what our management is capable of   now we wait for the next shoe to drop within about 4 weeks   just in time for the "peanut butter" on sh-t-io

If you wanted to short this stock, you shoulda been here 10 years ago with the longs.    5 years ago, even......   But go ahead and short it now.   That would be a funny trade.  :)
