RS and Uplisting....

A reverse split and subsequent uplisting will happen, bank on it. The new mgmt team has done everything they said they would do and will do whatever it takes to get MCNA approved AND do what is best for shareholders. Yes, I do have a response from mgmt as I have stated before, the RS and UL will happen. In most cases RS are not good, but in some cases and especially this one; it will pan out favorable for TST shareholders. Add now at these cheap prices or later, doesn't matter; once they get the float so small, the MM's will not be able to do their scumbagg games. GL longtimers

I doubt a reverse split occurs before the warrants expire. However, it might be a good  topic to bring up at the AGM in 2 months.

Hate to say it but I agree that there will be a reverse and an uplist. Probably in the USD range of the financing which obviously had the 'Priority Review" news baked in. 1 for 10 sounds about right.

wouldn't shareholders have to approve of a reverse split?
Comment by DamnYankees on Sep 08, 2015 11:34am
That I don't know. I would have told you a month ago that shareholders would have to approve issuing over 100 mil shares but that wasn't the case. My guess is no.

dam re. 100M shares, i believe you are correct but i believe there is an "impending doom" escape clause (like we will run out of money before we can organize the vote so we can't wait, we really really can't wait)

all this talk of RS uplisting don't u guys think it will all depend on FDA approval first why RS or uplist if no approval (horse before the cart)?
Comment by princeofcut on Sep 08, 2015 11:41am
annie, they should consolidate because the big US owners want a higher share price to be able to list TST in the US...i don't think Consanance (???) generally invests in penny stocks..in this situation IMO the RS will be positive as Consance, et al will support the price IMO and events are generally positive.

R/S for Nasdaq? Anytime, gladly. Like someone said before, 10:1, because then we've got a real low-floater! At the AGM they could talk about it. I bet the shareholders would agree. Many RS  are signs of weakness (AEZS staying at Nasdaq), but we would do it from a position of strength and to increase shareholder value(joining nasdaq).

The Securities and Exchange Commission, which administers securities law, does not require advance warning of a reverse stock split. A company can take this action without the approval of shareholders if its own by-laws allow it. It can formally notify the SEC and investors with a Form 8-K, a "Current Report," or by the annual and quarterly financial reports, if the company is reporting ...more

ROTFLMAO...cheetos you got too much orange powder on your fingers too think straight...just a heads up but TST is a Cnd company and the SEC is American, so to help edumacate you the SEC doesn't have jurisdiction of RS's as it relates to TST...now i understand why you are wrong it seems 100% of the time...thanks for the laughs
