March 2016 will mark 7 year mark for final recruitment....

Three important years of dissident drama, share and option printing........

This clinical trial involves the use of an intravesical formulation of a patented mycobacterial cell wall composition: Mycobacterial Cell Wall-DNA Complex (MCC), known as UrocidinTM (or as "EN3348") for treatment-refractory non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The trial completed recruitment of patients in March, 2009, with the last patient reaching his/her one-year assessment this spring. Data compilation has been ongoing since that time, with the database lock undertaken in November.

Data lock now 5 years old...perfect!!!!!!!!!!

SQR If we accept that we spun our wheels for 4 years will you give it a rest? If you add two years for data collection and accept we revisited the filing a year ago under new management  we lost four years. And if there was a major shift in what the FDA would approve we only dropped a year. However our focus should be on the next 150 days and probably a lot less. We know we have a ...more

hT, why do you think that the company just added nearly 120 mil new shares and millions of insider options at a market cap 1/10th that of its peers? Wouldn't things look a little sketchy if the company caught some radar screens and the valuation shot up to 20% or30% of its peer group after the "priority review" news outta the blue? That is an instant double and triple for insiders ...more

holy geez, why are you so bearish ? All I see is great opportunity ahead. Management has finally made all the right steps to move this drug forward - I can't blame them at all (except maybe for still not having sold the VMC). That's old news and not relevant anymore (it would just be an added bonus if they did manage to sell it at some point in the future).   I get the feeling you ...more

Lovin coal, I think they are doing a pretty good job of executing the plan for FDA a approval. I'm very confident that they will receive in it February if not earlier. But I have no illusions that the company is making much of an effort to promote itself or sell the story beyond the current sharholders base. It seems to me that a massive share offering and option grant seems a lot more ...more
