58

If you look at the last decision of the ADCOM it
was voted on that day, so slightly less than
58 days to go. With the AGM the week before we
will be voting on a 15 to 1 consolidation when
maybe only a 10 to 1 is required a week later.
With the promo guys saying we're worth 1.50 one
year out maybe a 6 to 1 would work as of November 30
So to relieve the boredom of waiting 58 days where
would you be OK consolidation wise?

Who in their right mind would want a consolidation? The sp almost always returns to pre-consolidation levels over time. We have enough cash to get FDA approval, the sp will increase to where more big block investors will enter continuing to drive up the market cap. Patience is required here!

Can't believe people want a consolidation. I agree they never seem to work and are never in favor of the shareholder. A 15 to 1 consolidation means the Euro Pacific target of $1.50 has to be $22. Like that is ever going to happen. Most people bought this stock and have held for years waiting to make a profit, some have average down due to pathetic price, hoping to sell at $2 or $3 on a run up ...more

The 15 to 1 is on the AGM agenda. So far we have everyone wanting no part of it. If a consolidation  must happen in managements eyes, what is your  lesser of two evils number? If we get a yes from  ADCOM(M) we may not need a 15 to 1 so the first step  would appear to be requesting a delay until after November 18  and a number based on a required US $ number. So if a yes ...more

HT, below I have detailed a list of the management initiatives and milestones met that have positively impacted the share price on behalf of current retail shareholders. Please review and let me know whether I have missed anything. As you can see there is no reason not to think that a share consolidation will not have the same positive outcome. see below:

1 for 1. there is no scenario in my opinion where a revese split works to the advantage of shareholders. most of what I've seen in stocks I've followed, a reverse split is usually followed by a rapid share price decline close to pre split levels, and in some cases lower. this is a huge gamble IMO

Vega, they have tried just about everything in their bag of tricks to get "on the radar" but nothing has worked. They just can't rise above the fray in that crowded and cumbersome space of bladder cancer treatments awaiting FDA approval. So much competition for such a rare disease. Fortunately, there was willing money available for a financing and millions of options to be had by ...more

with the latest news, and the share price in decline, I cannot see how a reverse split is going to change the markets opinion of TST, it will only increase the per share price, and I fear, temporarily. the fast track news should have resulted in a sustained increase in the share price, and a higher support level, the market has opined otherwise. if TST is not on the radar now, a reverse split to ...more

Yeah we are in a very bad spot. the only solution is a reverse. Maybe a reverse with another 100mil share financing and some more management options for securing it would cheer people up. this "under the radar" stuff is terrible. From here on out I am only buying companies in the pre clinical stage. Its too hard to promote and tell the company story when you are this far along. No one is ...more

tounge-in-cheek DY ?  the many ignorant posts on this bb come from ignorant people that do not recognize manipulation when it is right under their nose this manipuplation will end soon     real soon

Firmly Higgs. The unfortunate share price is without doubt 100% the pruduct of malicous outside manilupative forces. They had to dilute out 108 mil shares a few trading days before the "priority Review" news at 34 cents and issue millions of further dilutive options at 42 cents, shortly thereafter, to fend off this manipulation. so far they have been unsuccesful. There is an ouside ...more

I agree this shows the telltales of manipulation. so, what will change with a reverse split as far as what the manipulators are doing? it actually may make it easier for them to continue. the 2 things that will drive the price up will be FDA approval, and a healthy profit on the balance sheet. without either, what we see is what we've got.

Guys: it says "as and when" so if after the ADCOM says yes and we want a US listing they can do a consolidation "of up to" 15 so relax for a few weeks. HT Corporation to consolidate the issued and outstanding Common Shares of the Corporation at a ratio of up to fifteen (15) pre- consolidation Common Shares for every one (1) post ...more

Worst thing to do is to agree to share consolidation. Not now. Too many things are happening, money   Is now non issue. Nasdaq can wait. So what that there are 300 mill shares. They should focus on new trials instead and let February 27 roll out.
