What is an ADCOM yes worth?

Has anyone looked at the last 10 ADCOM yeses
to determine their pre and post decision market caps?
If our ultimate US market cap is $800 m and we should
be 1/2 of that pre FDA then that is a swag of
$400m post a ADCOM thumbs up. If you add 24 million warrants and
options to our 296 million shares that is 320 m
if you apply $400 million to 320m that is $1.25 US or
$1.60 CDN or a 4 fold pop. My lowball.80 appears to be the
minimum opening bid on November 19.

I doubt  that a successful Adcomm will have much of an effect. Who will hear about it? If 6 months ago I told you the stock would be 40 cents after being granted Priority Review and a BLA acceptance you would have thought I was short by $1.00. Is there another round of management options due in December? Perhaps the SP will show some life after that welcome event.

If you never come out of your mine shaft to discuss the vein you have just hit nobody knows what to begin speculating on. Your shareholders might hear a rumbling of a strike here and there but nobody beyond them will. My ...more

I have been reading up on ADCOM and am confident with that approval our odds are highly weighted towards FDA approval, close to 100%. Who knows what that does to the SP but the company will become a great deal more valuable at that point. Management has made moves to solidify the cash situation and can legitimately go it alone. I am not convinced that that will happen, a positive  ADCOM, cash ...more

redit............Companies that need reverse splits typically start with a big disadvantage. Only very rarely can those companies give investors the huge returns they want in top investments.
