Even if this cold be an issue... I hope you heard about "accelerated approval"? -> BCG vs. MCNA after approval. Even this would be a solution to his "reservation". But who knows, if the Adcom also sees it like Dr. D.... ;) I don't.

Great opportunity to study post approval. Since one indisputable outcome of trials is the fact that - MCNA is safe. Out of 129 patients only two had to be excused due to bladder infections. Catheters, trauma(surgical procedures), other diseases (cancer) increase your risk of UTI (urinary track infections). As a credit to MCNA's immune enhancing qualities; there probably would have been more
