I read somewhere that you require three MMs for a Nasdaq listing. I am confident that everyone's favorite party wrecker ANON is the lead dog on the Nasdaq as well. I wonder what our " friends " who bought the PP in August @ .34 and now control the VOTE along with management think about the R/S. I'm sure they are wanting the NASDAQ listing , and I don't think they will stand by and watch the price go DOWN after the R/S and the NASDAQ listing. DryBones, DamnYankees and all the other whiners are like some little sored girls. Crying and complaining about a (hopefully conducted) R/S, deserved and necessary options (when you want some high-quality staff you have got to pay for it). These guys can sell their shares anytime now. They can leave this BB and TST and don't need to care anymore. And we would have rest of these maiden whiners.

Dont let them suck you out anymore.  Reject consolidation and options in your vote.   Collectively we  once had over 5% of the vote and ownership of the company  We are now thrown on the scrap heap.  They have eliminated our ability to compain and have any say.  So oppose these guys, let them know we have some influence,  pissem off, if you can.
