Dear ........., Thank you for your note and we appreciate your advocacy. Please know that on our side that we will continue to work very hard and diligently with the FDA over the next 3 months a they complete their review of our filing. While disappointing, the panels vote is not decisional and we are encouraged that all but one of the practicing urologists on the panel voted in favor of MCNA. Best Regards, Don

Sounds legit.   More legit than the stock trading.   Why doesn't someone cry foul on that?
