1. No problem.  Let's wait and see what develops BCAN early next week. Telesta management did not ask me to not move forward with this. However, that may be, this needs to be driven and supported  from patients /advocacy groups. We need their numbers/signstures. If it's strictly from an investor point of view, that may be viewed in a negative light. 2. The other thing is that ...more

tx, it would have been very inappropriate and problematic for them if they had tried to stop you or for that fact encourage you ..did they indicate to you why the COO and/or CEO/CSO not formally represent TST at this meeting??? i suspect they never will (if it was their choice not to attend), unless there was some arcane protocal in AdCom land restricting them

hurt, yes I realize that but mainly it was courtesy notice to them. No, they said nothing about why they were not front and center during adcom. I posted verbatim the coo email response, maybe you missed it. Usually , company executives are always in attendance at these Adcoms; they sit or stand at the back, I most certain TST bosses were there; for example, at Arenas first adcom, the ceo left the ...more
