I believe that they will change from second line to refuses or not qualifies for bladder removal. This will get them approved and urologist are technically able to use it as they want, so no issue being used as first or second as long as available.

Even the intelligent people here are suspicious of motives. Myself included. But there also a large contingent of weirdos. About a 3rd of posters here won't take their family to Dairy Queen without packing body armor. acct, i agree with you expectation as i have posted this consistently since Adcom...i believe refusing or not qualifying for surgery, is as surgery is always the preferred option, alleviates any 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th ine...regards
