Well not a lot of people are keen to intel when they are presented and some does not listen when its infront of them.. too much noise and hype I suppose.. the speed to execute was not present to everyone at the time ...

Directors and management buy and sell all the time. Sometimes they may even do so to send a message. Sometimes those messages are not always what they appear to be at face value. I would put a whole lot of stock in a 30K spend. That little insider buy has gotten more airplay than the still recent Consonance capital buy of more than 50 million shares at a penny or 2 above where the SP is now.
