punter, i lodged a formal complaint already to IIROC and will in future lodge a formal complaint also to the TSX and OSC...it is standard procedure to halt, i am very concerned as to why TST wasn't halted the entire day...

trident, in my complaint to IIROC i mentioned a) it is SOP to halt all day at AdCom meetings and b) the price cratered on huge volume at about 9:35am and should've been halted then...they look for criminal trading activity and i suggested it wouldn't likely be too hard to find if they were any good (ie IIROC)

Account, if you complain to Telesta, go to senior management. make sure that you send the ticker symbol and current share price to save them having to look it up. It's been a while since The C level have felt Telesta to be worthy of buying from their own wallets. while you have their attention ask them what constitutes a halt-able event?  Other than that, I agree a bunch of future telling

Anything that draws intellectual effort away from asking what happened at Adcomm, what happened with the decision to allow the market cap to be cut by 3/4ths without a halt,  what ignited an overwhelming sell off almost immediately the morning of the 18th

account, i suggest you do whatever you feel is important to you....however IMO the failure of TST to halt trading in the stock during the AdCom meeting caused the stripping way more wealth from retail investors than anything some posters posted on this MB...so i hope you have filed formal complaints to the TSX, OSC and IIROC in this matter. regards.
