100,000,000 extra shares coming on us?

we've got here quite a few knowledgable posters including some well informed professional newbies - so it's even stranger that nobody responded to this concern. It seems valid to me.

1.  Will "new" 100,000,000 shares flood the market?
2.  Will it be Dec. 08?
3.  They were bought I guess with clear anticipation of AdComm.  YES.
4.   Will they therefore add unbearable pressure on the SELL side?
5.   Last time I checked it was a TAX Loss season......
6.   ........

Then find a legal way to pressure the SP and come with a plan to gain control of MCNA and broker it to a 3rd party pharma. That would my idea in I were so inclined. Your retail shareholder base is relatively large but extremely  fractured with shot nerves ...more
