surgery unwilling or unable...what is impact???

consistently since my first post i have stated my belief MCNA will get approved with a label including the above..

IMO this additional labelling will have no negative revenue impact compared to what the FDA was suggesting as IMO all patients even before BCG are recommended typically for surgery (except for the unable)...

..consequently IMO every 2nd line patient would have refused surgery at least once (label or not)..

..my belief comes mostly from a) what was stated in Adcom and b) what i generally understand about treatment options.

..does anyone have any information that better enables us to make a view on the revenue impact of unwilling or unable???

If the company had an IR rep of any kind I'd suggest contacting them.  Maybe the 30 cent analyst will comment on this very topic in the new year?  This idea of "unwilling or unable" seems plausible but let's not forget that the concept has never been mentioned by the company. They have said very little beyond being disappointed and still being optimistic, whatever ...more

The good thing in case of the FDA-approval is, that TST will not suppress an US-blockbuster (BCG) from the commercial market, but only the surgeons will have some bladder-removals less. (we all know or heard about the FDA-US-pharma-lobbying). I do not think that the FDA sees cystectomy as an "branch of industry" worth protecting. TST could push at an open door with this - sufficiently ...more

Hurt,  have you visited the updated FAQ section of the Telesta website? Apparently many, many shareholders have asked where the stock trades, whether the warrants trade at all and what happens if the FDA rejects the BLA. But the the question on "unable or unwilling" is not frequently asked. Although it is the most heavily debated topic of shareholders, post Adcomm failure ...more
