Seriously?  The FDA is just doing its job, whether we investors like it or not.  TST's MCNA single phase 3 study did not meet its primary end points, in other words they did not show it was statistically efficacious.  All FDA said is you need another study, almost all drugs only get approved with at least 2 phase 3 studies.  Maybe mgmt made a strategic error with their

well I completely disagree with you on the FDA however I did buy back in at $0.10 and replaced my shares that I sold at $0.15 when the halt was lifted.  I still like the story but they need to do a decent phase 3 trial and show efficacy.
