Ok... so on Aug 19 there was a pp with Consonance Capital Investors, Boxer Capital of Tavistock Life Sciences, Omega Funds + members of the management team and board of directors  for a private placement financing of US$28.6 million
108,966,814 common shares at a subscription price per share of C$0.3405....

do you really think that the money raised few months ago will just vanish and investors and management will let this baby trading at a 200% loss? Today was total panic, look at the balance sheet. They can easily acquire a new company and they have 34M in cash in this bear market!!! wake up! This one will be trading at at least 0.20 in no time.
