CEO and COO must resign

Retired is calling for calm. That's fine although there is one very minor thing called 
personal responsibility.  Without the one society is in big trouble to say the least. 

And here we are with TST - our lefties liberals (now Retired) are referring to all that countless reasons and explanations for the failure. 
Absense of REAL responsibility is a cancer which took a deep roots everywhere.  All just empty words while smarties are enreaching themselves while failing all along.  
Here is the fact - management failed. FAILED miserably and let all shareholders down. 
.......   and will come completely dry out of the water....   as usual....?

Time for a change while it's arguably not too late.

i agree, CEO and COO failed miserably at two most important value driving objectives: a) successful AdCom (miserable failure made worse by their lack of leadership at the event) b) approval by the FDA (IMO in part driven by AdCom failure and IMO a positive AdCom would have resulted in approval).. ..they were hired to do a job and they failed, they weren't hired to design and run trials or ...more

you have all valid points, thathurt.  There is a reason why Trump is so popular in the place still populated (I hope) by independent and freedom loving people.  Regardless of all huge damage done by greedy  Liblefties.   Always reasons, always justifications and exuses, always covering (and covering up) in liberal smoke undeniable Fact - FAILURE.   Even if resigned....... ...more

Hurt, are you getting tired of the CEO being " diappointed" every time he bumps up against the FDA? That would seem to be the extent of his elaboration to shareholders. At least no one has ever profited from his reign. Everything and everyone who has invested in good faith has
