Remember, last Sept Dr Califf was appointed head of FDA . He ran a multi-million dollar clinical research facility at Duke U. In my opinion the BIG RESEARCH INSTITUTES are now officially in control .

GMB, I share your disappointment at the pathetic results we are immersed in, but was it really the FDA. It's their ballpark, shouldn't we know their rules and customs. Management chose to forgo " multiple offers" of partnership and sale , and instead to ride solo with Monique at the wheel into Adcomm, with all the weight and industry  might of a sub 100 mil Canadian no name
