Someone is Holding 1/2 the company by now

At 108 million shares at 0.34 they owned about 35% of the company. With their Selling on the run up, buying at 0.20-0.21 after Adcom, selling in the 0.40's and buying back in the single digits, my guess is someone now owns in excess of 50% of the shares outstanding, likely at an average cost of $0.20. I don't know how they get around the reporting rules, but I am sure there are ways. We can buy a Shareholders List, but it costs a few hundred I think. Any takers?

I think it is possible a Buyout announcement is very close (likely for just MCNA, not TST itself), where they will pay about $100,000,000 USD is my guess. What TST does with that money is anyones guess, but we will see little of it.

Again - Anyone know about how to obtain a list of shareholders and how much it costs.

It is my understanding that persons owning more than a certain number of shares are required to self identify. Given that very few individuals own their shares directly about 70-80% will show up as being owned by the trustee. if you send off an email to the corp asking for a list of the 5 largest shareholders they may be able to say well the trust plus A, B, C, and D. A more interesting question ...more
