JP it's very likely you are correct. I have also heard a US partner is in the works. Nothing I can verify, just heard the same.

A U.S partner would be a major game changer imo..Anyone who wants to partner at this point would be indicating a major vote of confidence in TST and their technology...

The potential partners aren't buying stock so likely aren't interested in partnering either. Over 1 million shares available a step lower this morning at .10

The company seemingly has no immediate concerns about the share price so why should shareholders? Eventually the cash will be drained to a level that matches this current valuation so sellers are being wise and planning ahead.

But potential partners would have signed confidentiality agreements to get non-public information for their due diligence. That makes them insiders. That means they cannot buy.
