The release confirms my feeling that we are going to be sold. I think Partner/buyer wants it in writing what needs to be done for approval.. or we could find out that a rewording of the submission could lead to an approval for a different stated use..money to be made here either way :)

I don't think the release necessarily confirms the company is being sold.  Do you remember recently the FDA rejected approval?  So this current news release is basically saying that TST will meet with FDA to see what path needs to be taken for approval.      So even if there is no prospective buyer for the TST company, I am sure TST Would have wanted to meet with FDA.
