" SPECIAL SH MEETING "

How many votes are required to call a shareholders meeting ? Maybe it's about time to get some answers. I really don't want to wait until the next GM in November or a bankruptcy hearing to find out what's going on. We have a lot more of OUR money invested in the company than management does . I personally hold as much as all of management  combined ( not including directors ) according to ' INK ' research.

Better ideas will be greatly appreciated.  JMHL & GLTAL

We need 5% votes to call a meeting. I am pretty sure all of us have enough to call this meeting.

I think a Special SH Meeting would be a great idea. I don't know if there is enough interest on this board to qualify with the requisite percentage of shares? Maybe simply contacting TST management and requesting such a meeting might result in some updates for SH. This silence is absurd and causing the SP to slowly fade away. Also, why hasn't there been any information about trying to get ...more
