If they were to sell the company, what is the estimated price?

That is way low..... Is this realistic price considering what they are trading at? I am so pissed with the analyst I follow and the way Management is handling this entire fiasco!

Could not agree more! I think to get a fair valuation you have to consider what the value could potentially be IF ( and that's a big if) this is eventually approved by the FDA, plus the other places. Obviously i know we won't receive 100% value, but it would be nice to see something reasonable, especially for the longs, and those of us caught up in this sh!t storm

4-6 cents is extremely low ( I think 18-25 cents is fair MV) but hey not out of the question with all the consecutive failures with the FDA. Soon it will trade at 1/3rd cash.

Telesta could well be the first Phase 3 company to sell out below its cash value and at less than its current share price. Investors and shareholders would lose big time but they would be part of biotech lore forever. If it can be done this is the place where it would happen. I still think it would run into the low teens at least on a buyout rumor leak though.
