DY I think you are spot on when you say-ANON is doing all the selling...they were in at .3405 cents probably have sold 75% by now and are waiting for some good news so they can sell the rest at a very nice premium...I wonder what the price of the stock would be if they didn't do that private placement at .3405 cents gltal red

Red, I have no idea what Anon's motivation is for selling at 5 cents because I am limited to the FAQ section for my info. As far as where the SP would be without that August  financing. I would suggest that Telesta would have been sold or partnered, with MCNA now in the midst of a late Spring product launch. If partnered BNHLF would more than likely have a new acronym and Nasdaq listing
