TMX uses a much looser criteria with respect to "insider" trading.I have found in the past many of the so called insider trades reported on TMX did not show up at Canadian Insider even after several days...

i think that is because generally CI is focused on management/directors where TSX include daily insiders not privy to material news prior to any public disclosure

its not management or directors....that would be jail time.....Its a fund or institution...a Pinetree type...hahaha

Sometimes when a fund has over a certain percentage of a holding they have to file a notice of divesting a certain amount. Once they then reduce their holding to a certain percentage they no longer have to serve notice and then can play momentum like any shareholder without notice but still do report untill under 10 percent. I woder if a fund has filled a notice with TSX in regards to divesting
