First of all, make sure you're logged in. Then ckick/tap "User actions" and a drop down menu will appear. Click on ignore this user. Simple.

After doing what PSB explain, you will always see the one that you Ignore at the bottom when you go for Quotes. When you click on Bullboard you won't see the ones that you have on Ignore. GLTA , Chris1056
