News should come soon
On a merger or partnership agreement. TST as never went more than 2 months without a NR to its shareholders. The last news was on May 10th. We are due for an update in the next 2 weeks. With 44 million in the bank, any deal will definitely benefit TST shareholders. Way undervalued despite current set backs. Good luck to all!

I'm not sure if that logic holds true to whatever their next step is going to be considering they are dead in the water. Heck I hope I'm wrong but I don't believe saying they are about due for a NR obligates them to do anything.

I agree. This is the stock market and it comes with its unpredictability. I just know that they have excellent assets on hand and it will benefit its shareholders. Only time will tell but I have a strong feeling that will find out sooner than later ;)

if they have a NR, I'll guess it will be the same boilerplate NR we have seen many times with no new info the only people benefitting from the cash on hand now are those collecting paycheques. I hope I'm wrong, but history is repeating itself.

The last news release was May 10, 2016 and it was the third quarter 2016 fiscal results. The annual results will be due when....4 or 5 months from May 10? Summertime and the livin' is easy...fish are jumpin' and the cotton si high.... You know the rest. ;0)

Earliest news I see coming is in September. No chance a deal gets done between now and then ;)

Why should something happen within the next few week??! So, you woke up one morning with a "feeling" or a twinge in your gut and you just knew it was a good sign? ;0) I dunno... summer is usually a slow time for the stock market. That's been my experience. I hope I'm wrong.
