I don't see any news until September for year end results, any news before that would relate to the regards of a deal. The latest a deal should be announced would be November when the CEO's contract expires, in my opinion. Management will milk the cow until then, just like every regular person would.

Has management been buying any shares? Cause if there's no deals in the works right now wouldn't it be a good time for them to buy in less they think there only gonna get 7-8 cents a share. If they intend on selling for more and a deal is on the table and then they buy shares it's illegal insider trading right? Since the deals are confidential until they a finalized.
