More than 500,000 shares have just  been trade after 4 hours of 0 trading. I want to know who bought these shares please...my guess would be TD. I might be doing some wishful thinking but the deal might be finalized. Good luck to all!

Because someone bought or sold 40$k worth of shares ? Any joe schmoe can do that..

Forsure but considering daily trading average has declined to 350 k, the question becomes why would Joe Schmoe buy 500 k worth of shares today and not last week or next week? What does Joe Schmoe know to make them execute the trade today, especially when there is a rumour that news will be coming out this week. This is just in.  News must becoming because... its been almost 3 months since the last earnings release.  A fact that has been known for the last 5+ years.  Yes, earnings are coming because they are required to come.  We must all start being paranoid that 40k worth of shared traded today because .2% of all the shared outstanding shared traded today.  Huh?? Earnings for year end will be released in September, that's what Mr. Olds told me. So if there is news, it's not going to be earnings but A+ for participation.
