Open letter to CEO of TST

We shareholders should do something because no one can help us except ourselves. First things first, CEO should step down. He receives 1.3 million dollars every year but the whole project totally failed! He is already over 65 years old and it is the time to retire. His knowledge is out dated already.

He already got lots of money from the shareholders and I think if he wants, he can bring his money to the tomb. Why continue to suck shareholders blood?!

Also, as a chief scientist, should he be responsible for the project failure? If not, he is a shameless guy, greedy guy!

I checked this website, some shareholders lost all their savings! I urge these guys to communicate with the company and take the solid measure to reduce the shareholders loss as small as possible!

All high rank management members should not receive any bonus and ridiculous extreme high salary from the company. This is the crime!

I second your thoughts! Greedy and Shameless creature!! I am willing to take the lead on and find out all the details with a lawyer if all the shareholders can send me the details of the shares etcetera. I will make sure we either consolidate what is left or make sure the management and board are brought down on their knees! If we can bring enough shareholders with 25-30 Million shares, we got ...more

I have considered carefully today. I want to commence a special shareholders meeting. Following is the initial proposal: 1. Current management team can keep their positions, but the highest salary should be less than 200k dollars including bonus before the final deal approved by all shareholders. Please consider how much money lost for the shareholders! Due to the failure of project, the team ...more

Although TST has recovered a lot since the latest collapse, we still need to issue the pressure to the BOD and mng team! If some one wants to join us, please leave your message. Please help yourself, especially for the guys buying shares at higher price.

Very good! We need to give them pressure! Otherwise they just drink coffee and talk to the air and receive huge money from the shareholders! Be wake up, serious investors! Help yourself! We want to keep these guys in position on condition of hard working, real hard working, otherwise let them go away! In november, we will vote agaist them if they do nothing during this coming three month.

so you guys wanna start another proxy war with the company and have them burn up what remaining cash there is fighting off a bunch of scrap heap investors who bought at 7 cents and lost 2 cents?? come on why waste your own money. do people remeber how great the last war was for shareholders?? Did it ever cross anyone's mind that this management team saved the company when they took over ...more

Perhaps... but you know what's worse? Watching a company with significant cash in the coffers, dither away for months to years and destroy any remaining shareholder value. I think one of the previous posters had it right. Give them 3-6 months to procur a good deal, and if they cannot in that time frame, deliver a ROC. My bet is that a deal will get done in this time frame, but doubts remain.  ...more

2 cents?? many lost lots more than that, and the loss is far greater than 2 cents since this current management team took over.

But it's not the fault of Telesta if the MCNA does'nt pass with the FDA...!!
Comment by SGordon on Aug 04, 2016 9:08pm
If MCNA pass few months ago, everybody would be happy with 0,80$ a share.... Thanks.
