That's a good question.  Is this info confidential?  I don't still get it.  Was there a conference call that I missed explaining why would this deal be in the best interest of the shareholders. To me it looks like a fire sale and as far as I know we are not going bankrupt in the short term.  What are their motivations?  I would like to understand exactly why

The only answer is Telesta is shacking the tree.  This makes sense if interested parties are sitting in the bush waiting for a slow death.
