voted NO
I received my proxy today, and promptly voted NO.
I doubt this give away will be voted down. IMO both management and the board have shorted shareholders while enriching themselves, and likely moreso in a backroom deal.
best of luck to all

Same here. I just voted NO in all accounts, although I know it won't make a difference in the end. I had to do it for my own peace of mind. Unfortunately this "vote" is just a formality for our illustrious management team. Good luck to all

robergea: Why do you assume that K2 built up their big position in order to put the kaibosh on the deal? Isn't it possible that their motivation to acquire PLI is the same as yours? "They should do well in the future".

Maybe "assume" was a strong word. Probably better to say I would think that K2.... They are an activist fund so they may want to get in and get a better price for TST than what PLI offered. If they wanted PLI they could buy them in the market at possibly lower price than it will be at the closure of the deal. JMHO.

Ipsen Pharma was the last hope for the MCA and the shareholders of TST...they showed no interest!! Stop dreaming in color...there will be no other offers!! If Shareholders Vote againts the Plan of Arrangement between Telesta Therapeutics Inc. and ProMetic Life Sciences Inc....they will lose their entire investment!! period! Bio
