This is hardly dilution. Company just essential bought another without their employee's. You’re not going to get much better deals then this. Management top notch here and again the company is one of the best in the group. PP for sure already spoken for and is irrelevant really. Company now a little bigger and allot more room to grow with the option to not like most. Just increases the chance
