Tree just got shook. Buy the Dip. This is great news. TOG an easy comparable of where this should be. Hold those shares. Pointless to sell right now.  Buyout still highly likely. 2 bucks would still be a steal of a deal and management might budge on it.

The bought deal will mostly be placed in "strong hands " but a few flippers did well here. I made 60% in a few weeks and I'm on to the next one. Good luck to all.
