No, it has everything to do with weak hands selling at the first sign of a few clouds on the horizon. This is why Canadian retail investors do not make the big bucks. USA investors have more balls as evidence by a stock like CDEV actually being up today. They have conviction and will ride out a short term storm. Shorts know were the weak hands are and they take advantage of this situation.
