I think we're okay.  Looks like Headwater got played by Cenovus.  Definitely a win for Cenovus.  Shares at a discount and warrants to get 15 million more at $2.00.....ouch.  I guess headwater needed some cash.  I would guess Headwater shares will go lower tomorrow but with oil where it is again tonight who knows.

This has nothing to do with HWX.As for needing cash their program is fully funded they have no debt and 80 mill in the bank.I can hear Neil laughing now.

It's surprising that people are willing to put money in the market with so little understanding of what is happening. Cenovus sold their shares through a bought deal to various parties, mostly institutional through brokers such as Peters & Co.  Headwater added no shares to the company and raised no cash.  Cenovus is cashing out their shares in clearwater which is a crazy move as
