Nuttall spoke of Q2 hedging
Caught market call on Friday where Mr Nuttall indicated that TVE was one of the few to hedge q1 2022 production, does anyone here have a good understanding of how that would affect fcf , is it possible that production was hedged at 80 ? Or is that wishful thinking ....if so debt target probably reached in March/ April

Q reports on the producer web site is always a great place to start, hedging is always discussed https://www.tamarackvalley.ca/investors/reports-and-filings-2/

I doubt he said that TVE was one of the few to hedge q1. Almost all producers hedge an a rolling basis and greater than 90% will have q1 hedges in place. You would be better off trying to name producers who are not hedged in q1. MEG is the only one I know of.

That was a Direct Quote......they initiated Hedge late Q3 /early Q4.( did not give details).....I understand Hedging is a Dynamic process....Our man Brian is on the ball....

Oh ok. I wonder if he meant they are one of the few to hedge q1 when prices were high. Most hedged q1 back in the summer or earlier. But almost everyone has q1 hedges in place. Maybe he just meant to convey that other producers hedges are lower.
