I don't know, WHY..???

Why would some be selling oil stocks these days, TVE in particular, in such a bullish market. We can see TVE getting to 6 CAD and higher so easily in the next couple of months.

It depends of the timeframe.  Some are swing traders, some are long.  Even, some are short :)
