What's another 9 on 433? Let's hope the production/growth holds up to the Clearwater hype.  Hedging could be better, could be worse. Market seems to like it, the only one on my tracker still showing green this afternoon!

They probably had no choice. The sellers likely insisted on some shares both to participate in any upside and for tax purposes. Likely a net win these guys will hold long term while the company soaks shares up in the buyback. I like this move.

AGREE, the buyers realize the potential of TVE, and WILL gain by the stock appreciation. The land in the CLEARWATER area must be full bought up. TVE, has years of QUICK paybacks, 6 ~ 8 months.  ERIC still LIKES IT, 10.00 $$ at 100.00 dollar oil. MAYBE STOCK will go higher, I think it will be in the 12.00 range by OCTOBER. They will increase the dividend again. THE next trend for oil companies
