Share Price Down The Last 15 Minutes, Keep Watching Them Push The Price Down But Kept Coming Back,Over 400,000 Shares Traded Last 15 Minutes.

I was weeping this morning....so I bought 12000 more to ease my pain... TOU was down 3  and ended the day up .25....I have 3000 so down 3 can hurt..that said my cost is only 42
