Agree,. totaly not happy  with performance of TVE. At least it gave the opporutiny to newcomers to enter the space, but I agree, CEO should be bit shareholder frendly. Buybacks are way to go.

Wow, you guys have the patience and attention span of a fly.  TVE stated that they were starting a small base dividend and paying down debt.  Once the debt level got to a certain range they would do buybacks and/or special dividends.  Since then they made an accretive acquisition in their main focus area and increased the base dividend, while affirming the intention for buybacks and ...more

Does not look good for share holders going into next week! No share buy backs any time soon. 4th quarter to 2023 maybe get 5% start buying back.  Shorting $TVE

Thank you for the laugh!   So true ... the older I get the happier I am to wait a bit for good things, anticipation is healthy and all part of the fun. If Clearwater turns out to be overall as prolific as is being experienced by BTE, everyone will be changing their story pretty quickly.  Wow, did WE ever make a great move with that purchase before we got priced out of the area ...more

It's not about patience. These buybacks doesn't financially help CEOs. They earn a lot of kickbacks in these contracts/ land purchases. These deals are all done in closed rooms.

TVE will never buy back its shares. This CEO has to go and face repercussions of what he is doing.

So doing exactly what you promissed and a stock price up 25% YTD meens you need to be fired.  I'm fairly certain that maybe 90% or more of CEOs have a worse report card than that.  You must want a major shakeout of xecutives.  Also FYI Brian was instrumental starting up TVE, not many current CEOs have that on their resumees.

Brian the CEO is against buy backs. He will delay that as long as he can. Likely Q4 or 2023 he will start with 5% but back. Other names out there. Our firm is shorting $TVE into earnings! Does not look good!
