CNQ buying TVE?

As one of the most underperforming energy stocks on the TSX for 2022, is TVE the rumoured CNQ buy target?

I would like to know what the source of the information is,,,, Tam would be an easy takeout at the moment by any big fish,,,,, could CNQ manage such a takeout and at what cost,,,, would need shareholder approval.....

Source was BNN on July 25, 2022.  They stated that an analyst mentions a buyout is coming with their (CNQ) August 4 financials.  I believe they even said which analyst.

And that's why this stock was held down for a year now.  Could Nugget be part of the team.. I was always suspecting this is held down for buy out and Brian is on it.

This horror performance of TVE stock is waay too much weird, as if somebody is holding this SP for something,.. and Nugget here is NOT Shorting it for sure, but has some agenda.  This has red flag all over it and I don't believe Brian is not noticing this.

I do recall some mention that CNQ will make an announcement when they report their quarter,,,, Aug forth  after hours...

CNQ has the Experience, the People, the Resources, to bring the most out of the Clearwater....Got to do something with their money and this is close proximity to existing facilities..synergies..

So maybe TVE is on CNQ's radar .. my question is .."what would be the minimum price that would accept to make you vote to sell your TVE shares?"  $8 ..$10?

That's the Ball Park...once the reslts of first 6 wells are documented the interest will mount...Brian needs to do some PR work..eg RENMARK

I was always suspecting it.  Also I am noticing all Clearwater are going up and down in sync.  I would be surprised some big name comes and takes them all.
