Would be a easy transition/take over if we bought out Batex as they are a small 3.5 market cap They are our competitive allies in the Clearwater play.  One of the premier economic oil play types in North America. 560 shares outstanding. imho

For the last year, I was noticed that this SP is held down and it has been held down for some future take out I am 100% sure thatt is whats going on and I ma sure Mr. Nugget is part of that. there's got to be some organized way to keep the SP down. I don't think Nugget is short seller. I am sure, we will have some offer to take out TVE this year. The question is, for how much?

Exactly, word on the street is TVE wants to acquire in Deltastream a private oil and gas play in Clearwater, CEO Tang will only sell at a premium price. They have nice acres in prime locations. Nugget is trying to suppress tve share price, he is not shorting but trying to acquire more cheap shares. Investors knows tve do another takeover, just look at the volumes. Hang on to your share, IMHO

Of course he means nothing, but entity that want's to take over TVE could hire those boiler room bashers to piss on SP all over the place.  To me Nuggett is the most bulish thing here and reason why people should buy or hold the shares here.
