WHY ?

Would any portfolio manager with a fiduciary responsibility to  his clients  pay 3.75 for  stock today?

Maybe they have done their homework and are looking to  future prospects?  There may have been 300k shares on the ask at $3.44 today; good for those who bought, but try buying 5 million shares  (they exercised the over-allotment) on the open market and see what it does to the price. Cheers.
